Brevard – Gladys Mae Hadden Owen, 73 passed away on July 25, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Pete and Sallie Mills Hadden. She was preceded in death by her former husband; Cleo Walter Owen and close friend; Doug Fisher. Survivors include her sons; Tony Owen and wife Marie of Brevard and Tommy Owen and wife Tina of Brevard, daughters; Marlene Owen and husband Bobby of Sylva and Sheila Owen and husband Dwayne of Lake Toxaway, brothers; Buddy, Kenneth, Larry and Ronnie Hadden and sisters; Johnnie Bradshaw, Cootsey Blasio and Deborah Marlow, grandchildren; Chris, Casey, Ethan, Tony, Kayla, Dylan, Bailey, Megan and Matthew, step grandchildren; Matthew and Josh and four great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 11am, Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
