Glenn Daryl Hogsed, 65, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 6, 2010. A native of Transylvania County, he was the son of the late Leslie and Mabel Owen Hogsed and was the husband of the late Brenda Fanning Hogsed. Mr. Hogsed was retired from Ecusta Corp. Surviving are his daughter, Rose Baltezore and husband Tim of Rosman; brother, Bruce Hogsed and wife Linda of Brevard; sister, Linda Sisk and husband George of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandsons, Casey Baltezore and Joshua Baltezore; a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 10, 2010 in the Chapel of Moody Connolly Funeral Home with the Revs. Leo Worley and Ray Von Galloway officiating. Burial will be in Mack McCall Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
