Harry Lee Pierson, 71, of Brevard, NC, died March 24, 2020. Harry was born on November 27, 1948 in Transylvania County to the late Henry and Donave Coren Pierson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving and devoted wife, Brenda McCall Pierson. In addition to his wife, he was also preceded in death by his two brothers: David and Charles Pierson. Survivors include is daughter, Jonlyn Michelle Pierson; grandson, Evan Orr: two granddaughters, Taylor and Randi Orr; two great granddaughters, Maya and Emma; sisters, Doris Madden, husband Tommy and Louise "Winki" Hamilton, husband, James Edward; and twin brother, Larry Pierson. Harry enjoyed spending most of his time family, playing golf and camping. He retired from SCANA, now known as Dominion Energy. He was an active member of the American Legion Post 088 and the Brevard Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran and served his country in the United States Navy. Services and Celebration of Life will be held after restrictions are lifted from the coronavirus.
