Lake Toxaway - Heather Julie Fisher passed away on January 21, 2025 shortly after her 37th birthday.

Heather was born on 14 January 1988 to parents Eddie G. Fisher and Penny A. Fisher on Dover AFB in Delaware.

She graduated from Rosman High School early, in 2006. She loved art and was most happy when being creative. For the last couple of years Heather has spent her time between Brevard and Raleigh NC.

Heather was preceded in death by her Papaw James J. Fisher, Mamaw Marion B. Chappell, Uncle Greg Fisher.

Heather is survived by her parents, Eddie Fisher (Marsha) of Lake Toxaway NC, Penny Fisher (Bryan) of DE. Aunt Christy Musolf of Woodruff SC, Grandfather Ulysses Chappell of Brevard NC, Grandmother Linda Fisher of Lake Toxaway NC, Grandparents Herman Roland Sr, and Donna Cohee (Poppop and Mommom) of Milford DE. Brother Zachary J. Fisher of Brevard, Sister Lacey J. Fisher (Sammie) of Milford DE, Her children, Corbin Vincent Tolzman, Josslyn Adele Fisher, and Charla Rae Fisher. Services will be private at a later date.
