Inola Kilpatrick Bolt passed away on March 12, 2024.

Mrs. Bolt was born on May 2, 1933, in Transylvania Co., NC, and lived there her whole life. She was the last surviving of six children of the late Burgin and Dora Kilpatrick.

Surviving are her husband of 72 years, Erby Bolt; two sons, Denny Bolt and wife Robin, and Russ Bolt and wife Jennifer; two grandchildren, Lindsey Bolt and Nathan Bolt; great grandson, Tyson Conley.

She not only traveled extensively through the USA, but many places around the world. Mrs. Bolt enjoyed her church and social events. Having never met a stranger, she was a positive spirit to all. But without a doubt, her most prized possession was her family. Known as Nona by her kids, they always knew they were loved. A true one-of-a-kind person, she left us all with a smile on our faces. RIP Nona, we all love you!

The funeral service will be held at 2 PM Friday, March 15, 2024, at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
