Greer, SC - Jeanette Stamey Dycus, 76, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

She was born June 22, 1946, in Transylvania, NC, the daughter of the late Artellus and Nina Stamey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Arlee Stamey and Howard Stamey and sisters Violet Stamey Allison and Lucille Stamey.

Jeanette was a nurse in her working years before her retirement. She was a member of Lee Road United Methodist Church in Taylors, SC.

Survivors include sisters, Faye Paden and Jewell Allison, additionally, Jeanette is survived by her five children: Ronnie Stamey, Brian Stamey, Jeffrey Stamey, and Marie Bouchard and 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is being held at Lee Road United Methodist Church in Taylors on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 2 PM with Rev. Rusty Godfrey officiating. There will be a graveside service on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 2 PM at Blue Ridge Garden of Memory.
