Joe Davis Holder Horse Shoe, NC – Joe Davis Holder, 78, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015. He was born December 26, 1936 in Johnson County, North Carolina to the late Elois Davis and Josephine Bryant Holder. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter; Teresa Mabry and a great grandson; Hunter Hearn. Mr. Holder is retired from Guilford Mills and is a U.S. Navy Veteran. Joe is survived by his wife; Beverly Harned Holder, one daughter; Patricia Holder; one brother, Jimmy Holder, one sister; Polly Brightman,; three grandchildren, one great grandchild, eight step grandchildren and twelve step great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in New Hill, NC on May 3, 2015.
