John R. Gallenberger Hendersonville – John R. Gallenberger, 68, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014. He was the son of the late Michael and Leone Landing Gallenberger. John retired from Eastman Kodak with over 30 years of service. He was active in the Hendersonville and Brevard AARP Tax-Aide Programs. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a former member of the Myositis Association. Surviving are his wife Dianne Lighthall Gallenberger, step-son; David Watson and wife Amy, step-daughter; Rebecca Schermett and husband Jeff, brother; Michael Gallenberger and wife Catarina and Joseph Gallenberger and wife Elena, sister; Ann Gallenberger and two grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 11am, Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
