Pisgah Forest- Joseph Gregory Fisher (Greg to family) went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 2, 2021.He was at home. Greg was born January 12, 1965 in Transylvania County. He was preceded in death by both parents, James Joseph Isaiah Fisher and Marion Chappell ,and sister Teresa "Sissy" Frady (Stanley). Greg owned a successful landscaping business that he put his heart into. He took great pride in his work and would have been happy had his final moments passed on his mower. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by father Ulysses Chappell; brother Eddie Fisher (Marsha); sister Christy Musolf (Corey); brother Gregg Chappell (Charlene); and sisters Virginia Lamm (Mike), Pamela Laughter; and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to his friends through the years: David, Ray, and Warren. Per his wishes there will be no formal service. As a bachelor Greg didn't prefer to cook, so he frequented the local restaurants in Brevard daily. Family was extremely important to Greg.
