Lake Toxaway – Joyce Wilkins Brown, 68, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilkins. She was preceded in death by her husband; George Brown and her grandson; Michael Henry Brown. Survivors include her son; George Henry Brown of Lake Toxaway, granddaughter Brittany Cates and five great grandchildren.
