Brevard – Judy B. Pace, 73, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 9, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Lambert and Essie Mull Baker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers; Lyndon and Michael Baker. Judy was an active member of the First Baptist Church Brevard. She retired from the First Baptist Church Wee School as a preschool teacher. She adored her family and had a special place in her heart for her granddaughters. Surviving are her husband; Bill Pace, daughter; Donna Hollifield and husband Kevin of Spruce Pine, NC, sister; Marilyn Babb and husband Gary of Brevard and two granddaughters; Emily and Rebekah. A Celebration of Life will be held 3pm, Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Crocker officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
