Kathryn Marie Cleveland Collins, age 75, of Abbeville, South Carolina, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 9, 2026 while being cared for at Hospice House of Greenwood, South Carolina.

 Mrs. Collins was born in New London, Wisconsin to the late Leon Hadene Cleveland and Gladys Mae Irene Thompson on July 30, 1950.

Kathy retired from Bosch in 2012. She loved spending time outdoors, watching the birds, flowers, and her grandchildren play and grow. 

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Daniel “Gator” Collins, and a sister, Rose. Kathy and Dan were always known for their many adventures and fishing stories. 

She is survived and remembered by her daughter Della Riddle (William); three sons, Daniel Collins (Michelle), Carrol Collins (Nicole), William Collins (Tara); several grand and great grandchildren; six siblings, Gloria, Linda, Sally, Nicki, Nancy, Frank; and numerousnieces and nephews.

Funeral services and visitation will be held at Enon Baptist Church on Friday, April 17, 2026 beginning at noon. The Reverend Ernest Gibson and Dr. Oliver “Butch” Skerrett will officiate the service at 1 PM and burial will take place immediately afterwards, where she will be laid to rest next to “Gator” Collins.
