Kathy L. Holland, age 58, of Brevard died Monday March 12, 2012 at the Kingsbridge House. She was born February 1, 1954 in Transylvania County to the late Louie Edwin Holland and Elmer McCall Holland. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother James Holland. Survivors include five sisters; Judy McCall and her husband Ted of Lake Toxaway, Lila Smith and her husband Ray of Brevard, Dorene Miller of Rosman, Savannah Butler and her husband Maurice Butler Jr. of Rosman and Emilee Holland of Rosman, numerious nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday March 17, 2012 at Cathey's Creek Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Allen Aiken and Rev. Berlis Powell.
