Brevard – Kenneth S. Galloway, 80, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016. A native of Jackson County, NC, he was the son of the late Alga and Cumile Owen Galloway. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Vivian N. Galloway, sister, Thelma Owen, and brother, Eldon Galloway. Mr. Galloway attended Enon Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Malinda McCoy Galloway; sisters, Wilma Galloway, Velma Lou Baynard, and Elwyn G. Lance all of Brevard; brothers, Hoyt Galloway of Hendersonville, Ernest "L. C." Galloway of Brevard, and Burder Galloway of Washington State; step-sons, Danny Holden and wife Michele of Asheville, and Johnny Holden of Pisgah Forest.
