Rosman – Larry English, age 71, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. He was the son of the late Hilton and Julia Chavis English. He was preceded in the death by his sister, Magdalene Lee. Larry was a Vietnam Veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling and riding his Harley throughout the country. He was an avid woodworker and a great handyman. Surviving is the love of his life, his wife of 51 years, Deloris Chapman English, one son, Larry Gene English of Cleveland, TN, one daughter, Amy English of Rosman, one sister, Virginia Schmit of Hamlet, NC, five grandchildren, Laura, Toby, Alisha, Brianna and Tristan and one great granddaughter, Annalease. Celebration of life will be held at the English home on 2pm, Saturday, February 29, 2020.
