Brevard – Larry Nicholson of Knoxville, TN, formerly of Brevard passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025 and now with his Lord and Savior.

A native of Transylvania County, he was born on September 13, 1954 to John Dewey and Wilma Nicholson.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Marla Basting.

He was a skilled pipe fitter and worked in many places including the US Virgin Islands. He was also a very talented pianist.

Survivors include his son, Joshua and a brother Randy, four grandchildren, Jaylon,  Diamond, Ashton and Anika, a special Aunt, Nancy Pickelsimer, and many more relatives.

Graveside services were held at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
