Brevard - Lloyd B. Gallimore Jr., age 82, died Sunday, October 30, 2022. He was the son of Lloyd B. Gallimore Sr. and Ardith DeHaven Gallimore. He was predeceased by his parents and a sister Martha Ann Gallimore Easter.

Bud graduated from North Carolina State University with honors followed by graduate degrees from Wake Forest University and Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University. He taught Gross Anatomy at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS, for about 25 years before retiring to Brevard, NC.

Bud is survived by his wife Sharon Hudler Gallimore, a son Alfred Nash Gallimore, and his two beloved grandchildren Lillian and Andrew Gallimore.

A service will be held at 2 pm, November 4, 2022, at the First United Methodist Church.
