Pisgah Forest - Loretta Glover Bagwell, age 88, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, October 15, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Marion and Louise Glover of Gadsden, AL. She was also preceded in death by her husband, M. Ray Bagwell.

She was a very much loved, wife, mother, and grandmother. She served as a commercial airline stewardess before becoming a wonderful full time homemaker.

Throughout her life she had a passion for English country antiques, wild flower gardening, and a love for the outdoors and her beloved kitties.

Survivors include her daughter Nancy Bagwell Penley and her  husband Billy of Pisgah Forest, and grandson Trenton Penley of Pisgah Forest.

While this is a very difficult time, we are also glad and rejoicing that she has gone to be with her Lord, and is no longer in any pain.

A private graveside service will be held.
