Louella Riddle Shelton Owen Hiawassee, GA – Louella Riddle Shelton Owen, 70, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. A native of Transylvania County, She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Dollie Mae McKinney Riddle. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Ted Carl Shelton; a son, Romie Matthew "Sue" Shelton and a brother, Sidney Allen Riddle. Surviving are her husband, William Owen of Hiawassee; sons, Ricky Dexter Shelton, Albert Lee Shelton and Timmy Allen Shelton all of Hiawassee; daughter, Vickey Darlene Shelton of Hiawassee; brothers, Leon Riddle of Rosman, Glen Riddle of Balsam Grove, and Larry Steve Riddle of Brevard; sisters, Ruth Miller of Rosman and Barbara Fisher and husband Donny of Lake Toxaway; grandchildren, William Joseph Shelton, Cody Allen Shelton, Hillary Tallent, India Dawn Parker, Natasha Davis, and Heather Marie Sistrunk; several great grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 3 PM Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Owen officiating. Burial will be in Mack McCall Cemetery.
