Lucy Tinsley Bryson, age 91, of Brevard passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019. Mrs. Bryson was born on January 31,1928 in Transylvania County, NC to the late Lewis and Bertie Thomas Tinsley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ules Bryson, and her brothers, Frank and Julius Tinsley. She taught school in the Transylvania County School System for 35 years. She loved to ride horses and had been a member of the Etowah Ridding Club. Mrs. Bryson was a member of Cherryfield Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Katherine Bryson of Brevard; her granddog, Toby; numerous nieces and nephews.
