Rosman - Margaret Powell, 95, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February25,2021. Margaret was born on June 26,1925 to the late David Hill Parsons and the late Fanny Belle Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Coolidge Powell. She was a faithful member of the Midway Bible Baptist Church in Brevard. Survivors includer 5 children, Rachel Cash (deceased Earl), James Whitmire (Bobbi), Paulette Aiken (Donald), Steve Whitmire (Nina), Sheila Burnette (David), and one stepson, Lee Powell (Kathy), 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren,14 great, great grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren along with their families. Special mentions in Margaret's life are her nephew, Steve Smitha (Kathy)of Plymouth, Indiana, nieces, Ann Hinojosa of Indianapolis and Trish Miller. Special friends Mary Ann and Louise, both of Columbia SC. The family wants to make a Special Thanks to the Davita Dialysis of Brevard for their love & support to our Mother for the last 3 years.
