Marie "Chub" Corn Terry, 75, of Bostic, NC went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at White Oak Manor, Rutherfordton, NC.

Born in Pisgah Forest, NC, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Lee Corn and Bessie Corn.  She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Kathy T. Honeycutt, and her sister, Willa Mae Corn.

Mrs. Terry was a member of the Rosman Church of God.

Surviving are her husband, Rev. Joseph W. Terry, daughter, Donna Byrd and husband Chris of Bostic; son, John Lee Terry and wife Lavelle of Salem, SC; brothers, Harold Corn of Brevard, and Pete Corn of Brevard; grandchildren, Ronnie Honeycutt, Faith Stamey, Josh Honeycutt, Joseph Byrd, Daniel Byrd, and Jacob Terry; 8 great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, April 17, 2010 at the Open Arms Tabernacle, Brevard, NC, with the Revs. Donald Bates, Bill Alley, John Devine, and Ralph Pressley officiating.  Burial will be in Pisgah Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Friday at Open Arms Tabernacle, Brevard.
