Marjorie McCall Broome, 84, of Brevard passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Colie and Thelma Galloway McCall. She was preceded in death by her husband Eldon Broome; brother, A. M. McCall and sisters, Freita Green, Frances Lackey and Shirley Owen. Marjorie attended Carson Creek Baptist Church. She loved cooking for her family, gardening and listen to music played by her family. She adored her grandchildren. Survivors include her son Mark Broome and wife Patsy of Brevard, daughter; Sherry Worley and husband James of Brevard, brother; Robert McCall and wife Diane of Brevard, sister; Carolyn Kenney of Greensboro; grandchildren, Chris, Tim, Justin, Scott and Amber and great grandchildren; Kylie, Gracie, Mason, Andrew and Chloe. Memorial services will be held 11am, Friday, November 10, 2017 at Moody Connolly Funeral Home with the Rev. Buster McCall officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
