Balsam Grove, NC- Nancy Victoria (McCall) Galloway was born on January 1, 1949, and passed away on November 5, 2025.

She was united in marriage to the late William Joe (Bill) Galloway for over 58 years. Nancy is a lifelong resident of Transylvania County.

She worked in various capacities throughout her life including American Thread Plant, Beautician, Transylvania County Bus Driver and School Custodian. She also worked as a security guard at the former Rosman Tracking Station.

Nancy left behind 5 siblings: sisters Donna (Tommy) Esuary, Linda (late Joe) McCall, Ruby (late L.C.) Conner (& Alvin Gorden), Betty (late Ray) Snipes (& Jimmy Whitmire), and brother James (Hilda) McCall.

Surviving also are two sons: Ronnie (Rebekah) Galloway of Lawrenceburg, TN and Rick Galloway of Balsam Grove.

She left behind 7 grandchildren as well. Chase Galloway, Kaitlyn Galloway, Hayden Galloway, Nathan Galloway, Mycah- Claire Galloway, Brock Galloway, Caleb Galloway. Surviving also are numerous nieces and nephews.

Nancy is preceded in death by her father and mother Donald and Katie McCall and her husband Bill Galloway.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday 11:00 am 11/7/2025 with internment to follow (2:00 pm) at the Shoal Creek Baptist Cemetery.
