Nettie Leota Justus, age 68, of Etowah went to be with the Lord Sunday, October 25, 2009. She was preceded in death by her mother Christine Virginia Justus Landers, step father Cornelius Landers her brother Charles Justus and half brother Henry Landers. Survivors include four brothers; Harold L. Justus of Fort Myers Fl. Floyd Justus Sr. of Newton N.C. Robert C. Landers and Lawrence F. Landers both of Etowah, one sister; Mrs. Sarah E. Short of Etowah several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday October 29, 2009 at 2:00pm at Etowah Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Bryan Henderson and Rev. Ryan Hoopers. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:45 pm until 1:45 pm at the church.
