Pisgah Forest – Ollie Moore Galloway, 86, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2012.

A native of Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Otis and Ilah McCall Moore and was the wife of the late Arthur Galloway. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Everett and Earl Moore.

Mrs. Galloway was a member of Woods Memorial Baptist Church.

Surviving are her daughters, Phyllis McCoy and husband Kenneth of Pisgah Forest, Kathy Barton and husband Gerald of Brevard, and Sheila Butler and husband Gary of Brevard; brothers, Boyce Moore of Miami, FL, Jennings Moore of Raleigh, and Otis Moore of Texas; sister-in-law, Dot Moore of Hendersonville; grandchildren, Keith McCoy and wife Tawny, Jacob Lance and wife Carrie, Jeremy Lance and wife Alice, Jordan Lance and wife Heather, Kim Butler, Carrie McCall and husband Jonathan, and Amy Clayton and husband Will; 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Enon Baptist Church with the Rev. Tommy Madden officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.

The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 pm Tuesday at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home.
