Patsy Paula Sanders, 68, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2013. A native of Beaufort County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Edward C. "Gus" Challis and the late Ella Shackelford Challis. Survivors include her husband, Michael B. Sanders; son Kevin C. Husek and daughter Heather K. Husek; her brother Jim Challis, and one grandchild. The memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Brevard with Rev. Don Kearney officiating.
