Paul Jones Brevard – Paul Jones, 72, passed away on December 21, 2014. He was the son of the late Lonnie Lloyd and Reba Norman Jones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Doris Lane Jones and brothers, Frank, Hanzel and Lonnie Jones, Jr. Mr. Jones was a member of Affirmative Word Tabernacle. He loved hunting and golf. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his daughter; Lora McIntosh and husband Phil of Brevard, sons; Duane Jones and wife Sandy of Pisgah Forest and Andy (Drew) Jones and wife Tracy of Belmont, NC; brothers; Bill Jones and wife Molly of Travelers Rest, SC and Jim Jones and wife Kathy of Brevard; grandchildren; Jeremy Hawkins, Timmy Jones, Melissa Brown, Loran Nalley, Patrick Jones, Cory Wilson, Stephanie Runyon, Devon and Danielle McIntosh; great grandchildren; Jaylen Carver, Jordyn Brown, Mailee Brown, Eastyn Nelley, Emma McIntosh, Andrea Brock, Destiny Runyon, Gavin Runyon and Jaymee Runyon and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 3pm, Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home with the Revs. Jim Jones and Randy Stamey officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1pm until 3pm before the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Turkey Creek Cemetery.
