Peggy Morgan Searcy, 84, of Rosman passed away Friday December 10, 2021. Peggy is proceeded in death by her mother and father, Bessie and Justin Morgan, her sisters, Nell and Nette, brother Ernest, grandsons Jessie Jones and Stacy Searcy. Peggy is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, William Harlen Searcy; her eight children, Eddie and wife Doris of Lake Toxaway, Ronnie and wife Rita of Brevard, Joyce of Rosman, Harlen of Pickens, Danny and wife Annette of Pickens, Bobbie of Rosman, Johnny and wife Karen of Rosman, Kathy and husband Chris of Brevard. She is also survived by nine grandsons, six granddaughters, and 32 great grandchildren. Peggy is also survived by a sister; Maggie Holden of Rosman; and brother Charles and wife Joanne of Mount Holly. Peggy was loved by all who knew her. Smile when you think of her. Service will be held at Old Toxaway Baptist Church, Thursday December 16 at 1:00 in the afternoon. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
