Reba Galloway Morgan of Brevard, age 87, went to be with the Lord on Monday November 6th, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Mary Elizabeth (Kinsey) Galloway. She was preceded in death by husband William Junior Morgan, son Marty Landon Morgan, two brothers Paul Galloway and Robert Galloway, and two sisters Ruby Pennell and Clara Morgan.

She retired from the textile thread industry after 34 years of service at American Thread.

Survivors include two brothers Wallace Galloway of Brevard and Carl Galloway of Rosman, her children Laura Dennis, Lonnie Owen, Rhonda Taylor and Regina Brown, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00pm Friday November 10th, 2023 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home.

Graveside service will be held Saturday November 11th, 2023 for the family at Old Toxaway Cemetery. So-in-law James Taylor will officiate and bagpiper Art Davis will lead her soul on her path as he walks away playing Amazing Grace.
