Robert Patterson, of Sapphire, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 16, 2024, after a long battle with heart disease.  He was a native of Tampa, Florida and spent many years in Florida, Texas and most recently North Carolina.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Patterson, his four children and thirteen grandchildren.

Robert enjoyed traveling with Judy and they had many adventures in their 42 years together. He especially enjoyed watching the wildlife near their home and exploring the backroads of Western North Carolina.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 10:00am at Lake Toxaway United Methodist Church, 174 Cold Mountain Road, Lake Toxaway, NC, with Rev. Marcus Dodson officiating.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation for the loving care shown to Robert by CarePartners Hospice in Brevard, NC.
