Roger Hugh Ralston, 83, born in Hallstead, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones, on March 31, 2026.

Roger lived a life defined by thoughtfulness, strength, and dedication. He served honorably in the United States Navy before continuing his career with the Department of Defense, devoting over 30 years to his country. His work reflected his sharp mind, discipline, and integrity.

He is survived by his beloved spouse, Joyce; his sons, Todd and Dean; and six grandchildren, who brought him great pride and joy. Roger was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His family remained at the center of his life.

Roger was a passionate, exceptional golfer. He earned the respect of those he played with and was known for his character and presence on the course.

Roger will be remembered for his strength, steadfastness, and the way he cared for the people who mattered most. He lived with dedication and integrity.

He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
