Pisgah Forest – Rosa Marie Queen Rollins, age 79, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, June 29, 2020. She is the daughter of the late Simpson Queen, Sr. and Alzena Bradley. She loved her grandchildren and dog, Lily, and enjoyed sewing, gardening, flowers, puzzles, church social gatherings and bingo. Her kind heart and beautiful smile was contagious. She attended Dunns Rock Baptist Church in Brevard. She was a loving and caring person who will be missed by friends and family. Survivors include her husband, Ernest Rollins; sons Larry Rollins of Pisgah Forest; George Rollins and wife, Pam of Myrtle Beach, SC; Brad Rollins and wife Vanessa of Hendersonville; daughter, Laurie Watson and husband Jack of Lake Toxaway; brothers Simpson Queen, Jr. and Sonny Climbingbear of Cherokee; and grandchildren, Dillan Rollins, Ashley Rollins, and Trinity Rollins. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory in Pisgah Forest.
