Ruby Walker Brown , age 90 of Pisgah Forest went home to be with the Lord Tuesday November 16, 2010 at Transylvania Regional Hospital. She was born May 12, 1920 in Transylvania County to the late Robert D. Walker and Tennessee Kinsey Walker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband Butler Claude Brown Sr. one son Butler Claude Brown Jr. and two brothers Frank and Curtis Walker. Mrs. Brown was retired from American Thread Company and a member of Turkey Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include , one daughter; Mrs. Shirley Harris and her husband Bill of Pisgah Forest, Daughter-in-law Annie Brown of Cherryfield, four grandchildren, Wanda Guice and her husband David, David Brown and his wife Kristi, Doug Brown and Donnie Brown, eight great grandchildren, Brandi McCall and her husband Josh, Matthew Brown, Hope Brown, Cody Brown, Cameron Brown, Kim Guice, Jonathan Guice and Jennifer Guice, and one great great grandchild Lucas Brice McCall, several nieces and nephews and four very special friends, Vic McDonald, Sandra Parker, Bill and Debbie Williams. Graveside services will be held Friday November 19, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Turkey Creek Cemetery conducted by Rev. Raymond Whitfield. Each time I see you I'll tell you I love you. Each time I leave I'll tell you again. So that when we're apart, you'll always know what's in my heart. Even when we leave this earth the bond will never break. The time will come when we're together again. So if I go don't be sad & don't get mad I haven't left you; I will always be with you. Whether here, and until there. Your love, we'll always share. Forever dosen't end it reaches, beyond everything we know. Someday you'll see when you're again beside me. Because with Love & through the Lord. There is no end and I will see you again. They'll be no sickness & no pain. We have all the beauty yet to gain. I'll see you again from here until there.
