Ruth Jones Lasater Brevard - Ruth Jones Lasater, 87, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at The Oaks of Brevard. She was the daughter of the late Edward Sampson and Etta Elizabeth Hollar Jones. She was also preceded in death by her husband; Hampton Stuart Lasater, sister, Charlotte Jones Norton and brother in law, Don Norton. Mrs. Lasater is survived by her son, Rick Lasater of Brevard; daughter in law, Cathy Lasater of Brevard, sister in laws, Judy Lasater of Clyde, NC and Josephine Warren of Charlotte, NC; brother in law, Bob Lasater of Clyde, NC; niece, Hope Herbert Mothershed; grandchildren, Stuart Lasater and wife Mandi of Brevard and Suzanne Lasater of Asheville, one great grandchild, Logan Stuart Lasater.
