Ruth Esther Wager Ruth Ester Wagner, 94 of Brevard, passed away October 23, 2012 at the Oaks of Brevard. She was born August 27, 1918 in Campbell County, Kentucky to the late Arnold Lipscomb and the late Rose Rutenschoer. Along with her parents, Mrs. Wagner was preceded in death by her husband, Harold A. Wagner, her son Greg Wagner, and her brother Warren Lipscomb. Surviving Mrs. Wagner is her son Scott Wagner of Brevard; three grandchildren, April Owen and husband Craig, Jacob Wagner and wife Rachel, and J.T. Wagner and wife Kristen; and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends in the chapel of Moody-Connolly Funeral Home on Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
