Sarah Brown Craft, 73, of Horse Shoe went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, February 14, 2025. She died peacefully at Care Partners Hospice Solace Center.

She was born on September 21, 1951, to the late Coy King and Carmen Brown. Sarah was also preceded in death by her husband Hue Carroll Craft, sister JoAnn Faulkner and brother Steve Brown. She is survived by her daughter, Diana Teaster and husband Michael Teaster; granddaughters, Savannah and Madison; siblings, David Brown, Linda Cunningham, Peggy Brown and Wallace Brown and extended family, which includes a large group of devoted friends.

Sarah lived a life filled with love and dedication to her family, friends and church. She enjoyed reading, baking, papercrafting homemade cards and volunteering at Mills River Elementary School. Her greatest joy was her granddaughters and spending time with them.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 6 to 8pm at Anchor Baptist Church, 3232 Hendersonville Hwy, Pisgah Forest, NC. The funeral service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Anchor Baptist Church.
