Pisgah Forest - Sharon Lynn Lunsford, age 66, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday February 18, 2026.

A loving wife and devoted mother, she passed away surrounded by the love she spent her life giving to others. She found her greatest purpose and happiness in caring for her family, and her home was always a place of comfort, warmth, and unconditional love. Her gentle heart, steady presence, and quiet strength will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her beloved husband and her sons, who were the pride of her life and will forever carry her love with them.

She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Funeral services will be held 2pm, Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Anchor Baptist Church with Pastor Randy Barton officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Anchor Baptist Church from 6pm to 8pm. Interment will follow the service at Piney Grove Cemetery.
