Rosman – Vicky Ann Garcia, age 44, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021.

A native of Brevard, she was the daughter of Sheila Wallace of Charleston, SC and David Cooper of Seneca, SC.

Vicky was well known for her friendliness and kind heart.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiancé , Daniel Hull, daughters, Brittany Hernandez of Smithfield, NC and Dana Garcia of Moncks Corner, SC, brothers, David Cooper, Jr. of Chambersburg, PA and Scott Cooper and wife Deanna of Shipensburg, PA, sister, April Valdez and husband Carlos of Neptune, NJ and many beloved aunts and cousins who will miss her greatly.

A memorial service will be held 12noon, Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Carrs Hill Baptist Church.
