Rosman – Wanda Lee Raines Anders, 69, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 9, 2010 at her residence. A native of Transylvania County, she was the daughter of the late Laura Blanche "Buck" Raines. She was also preceded in death by her Maternal Grandparents, Frank and Aurelia Raines, and her uncle, Joseph "Joe" Raines, who was a brother to her and they grew up together. Surviving are her husband, Charlie "Cline" Anders who she met in 1970 and married on November 23, 1973 and loved whole heartedly and together, they lived for the Lord; daughter, Lori "Charlene" Anders Revis and her husband, Brionne, who she loved as a son, of Rosman; daughter by marriage, Geraldine Anders Blake of Stewart, VA, who she always loved, and considered as her own daughter and family; grandson, Nicholas "Nick" Hunter Revis of Rosman; sister, Betty Sue Chappell and husband Brady of Rosman; special cousins and their spouses who were like brothers and sisters to her, David and Sue Powell of Hazelhurst, GA, Austin and Doris Raines of Rosman, Donald Raines of Rosman, and a nephew who she loved like a son, David Lee Wright and family of Rutherfordton; in-laws and special friends she loved, Chuck and Joan Parker of Brevard; numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and many other special friends, family and loved ones. A private memorial service will be held at the home at a later date.
