Wanda Phillips Worley, age 70, of Brevard, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Nina Metcalf Phillips. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Worley; five brothers, Carroll, J. D., Sheridan, Clyde and Jessie; five sisters, Margaret, Ruth, Ann, Minnie and Hazel. Wanda was a very loving and caring lady who had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Survivors include three sons, Kurt Wright of Horseshoe, Bryan Owen and wife Ramona of Cedar Mountain and Joshua Worley of Brevard; two daughters, Carrie Mathis of Brevard and Dianna Brown and husband Joe of Hickory; six grandchildren, Cody, Tristan, Darren, Weston, Lucas and Grace; one great grandson, Max.
