Wendle "Roger" Sheehan, 75, of Brevard, passed away in his home on September 24, 2023.

He was born on June 6, 1948, in Waynesville in Haywood Co., NC to the late Hillard and Hattie Sheehan.

Roger was a Vietnam veteran serving from 1966-1968. He fought hard for our freedom.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith, stepson, Jeremy Keever, brothers, Ed, Gregg and Louis Sheehan, and sisters, Pearl Whitmire and Hester Queen.

He leaves behind a stepson, Patrick Keever and wife, Elise; grandson, Michael Keever; brothers, Dan Sheehan (Carol), and Dwight Sheehan (Doris), Chester Sheehan; sisters, Edna Bryson, and  Bonnie Whitlock; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Old Toxaway Baptist Church.
