William "Bill" Boyd McCall of Balsam Grove, NC passed away Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Elizabeth House in Flat Rock. He was born January 24, 1934 to the late William Elbert and Susie Owen McCall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Emmet, Lloyd, and Lawerence McCall and one sister Hassie McCall Young. Survivors include his two sisters, Beulah McCall of Pisgah Forest and Rosa Williams of Hendersonville, and one sister-in-law Reba McCall of Brevard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at 2PM at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home with Rev's Tommy Owen and Jesse McCall officiating. Burial will follow in the Shoal Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 till 9 PM Monday evening at the funeral home.
