Moody-Connolly Funeral Home and Crematory

Our Facilities

Moody-Connolly Funeral Home is located in a spacious brick colonial building. It was originally built as a doctor’s residence, and the colonial architecture and neo-classical columns reflect a degree of civility, respect and pride. The residence was transformed into a funeral home shortly after Frank Moody purchased it in the 1920s.

More remodelling took place in 1996, which included the addition of our 200-seat chapel. The main building retains its original woodwork and warmth. The chapel is naturally lit by stained glass windows with white floral arrangements on each sill.

The Lillies in our chapel and on our logo are symbols of rebirth and resurrection, their white color and trumpet shape representing purity, beauty and elegance.

The parking area was expanded to provide easier, safer access to our facility for services during poor weather. Please reach us if you'd like to see more photos or visit us in person. We'd be pleased to show you around.
