Moody-Connolly Funeral Home and Crematory

Our Story

Moody-Connolly Funeral Home began as the Osbourne-Simpson Funeral Home and then the Moody-Choate Funeral Home.

During the 1920s and 30s, Frank Moody became the sole owner and the name was changed to Moody Funeral Home. In 1974 the funeral home was acquired by John and Margie Connolly, at which time the name was changed to Moody-Connolly Funeral Home as it remains to this day.

Moody-Connolly has faithfully served families in the communities of Brevard, Pisgah Forest, Rosman, Lake Toxaway, Balsam Grove, Henderson and Jackson counties for more than 40 years.

We are a conscientious and caring provider of end-of-life services. We listen to families during their most trying times, and we we assist them with selecting the most appropriate services to honor and remember their loved ones.
