Moody-Connolly Funeral Home and Crematory

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Donald Ehr can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Memories

Uncle Don and Family, blessings to all.

I am so grateful he touched my life.

I am so grateful that other than sad times we had a last visit in Texas a few years ago and spent a special time together with Liz, my daughter Kiersten and Ginny and Don.  My best memories of Don and his wonderful family mostly happened in Muskegon.  The summer's of the 60's & 70's.  Tents.  Fish fry.  One bathroom for 20 people(?).  Cribbage and Michigan Rummy games.  The "pickup" softball games at the park down the street with cousins against sister / brother / whatever and hopefully drawing no blood.  The sharing of "big brother Don" giving crap to little brother "Dick" about this, that, whatever.  When both were incredibly successful, wonderful Christian men and leaving an incredible legacy.

Sincere blessings and condolences.

If I could leave the same impact in my life, he did with his, I would sleep well.
