Obituary for Lenora Ann Phillips

Brevard – Lenora “Dot” Waters Phillips, 72, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015.
A native of Transylvania County, she was the daughter of the late Bruce and Bonnie Smith Waters and was the wife of the late James Phillips. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Margie Stalk, and brothers, Paul, Bill and Robert Waters.
Mrs. Waters loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are her daughter, Elana Chapman Sisk and son-in-law, James O’Shields of Brevard; son, David Waters and wife Michele of Tampa, FL; sisters, Nancy McCardle of Brevard, Mae Parris of Pickens, SC, Kathleen Holden of Naples, FL; grandchildren, Amanda Sisk and boyfriend Brian Warden, Nikki O’Shields and fiancé Chase Young, and Layla O’Shields all of Brevard, Jimmy Phibbs and Becky Taylor both of Kentucky; great-grandchildren, Khloe Sisk, Ciara Sisk, and Tyler Young all of Brevard, Jimmy Phibbs and Bradley Taylor both of Kentucky.
