Ora Inez McCall, age 75, of Balsam Grove, Passed away, Tuesday August 25, 2009 at Transylvania Regional Hospital. She was born August 4, 1934 to the late Richard Chapman and Ora Stamey Chapman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Emmett McCall, one son Robert Mccall and two brothers Junior and Lawrence Chapman.

Mrs. McCall was a homemaker and a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include eight sons; Eugene and his wife Edith of Old Toxaway, Earl of the home, John and his wife Arlene of Balsam Grove, Carl of Balsam Grove, Edward of the home, Rodney and wife Delane of Balsam Grove and Chris and his wife Donna of Asheville, One daughter Helen and her husband Bill Zephiris of Kernersville, two brothers Charles Chapman and his wife Doris and Larry Chapman and his wife Anita all of Rosman. fourteen grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren, Numerous nieces, nephews and friends.



Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, August 27, 2009 at Shoal Creek Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Devon Owen, Rev. Kent Lance, Rev. Jessie McCall and Rev. David Owen. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening August 26, 2009 from 7:00PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
