Thomas Edward “Tommy” McBride
Brevard- Thomas Edward “Tommy” McBride, 71, passed away Friday, November 28, 2014.
He was the son of the late Harry and Frances Rogers McBride. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Evelyn Shipman.
Tommy was a member of Brevard Community Church.
Surviving is his wife of 53 years; Melba Palmer McBride, one son; Eddie McBride and fiancé Maria Lund of Brevard, one daughter; Dawn McBride of Pisgah Forest, daughter in law; Tina Holland, twin sister; Ann Golden and husband Charles of Brevard, sister; Linda Leslie and husband Alvin of Brevard, brother in law; Harold Shipman, granddaughter; Palmer Holland and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 1pm, December 6, 2014 at Brevard Community Church with the Rev. Todd Alewine officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to Brevard Community Church Ministries, 417 Morris Road, Brevard, NC 28712.
