Mrs. Head was born on September 16, 1953 in Transylvania County to Burlin and Ernestine McCall of Brevard.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was a member of Amazing Grace Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Charles Landon and Dorene Galloway LaCroix. She was preceded in death by her step father, Steve LaCroix, grandparents, Joe and Bessie Galloway and one sister, Pamela LaCroix.
